1996 R33 Skyline GTR
700ft slalom speed--68.3mph

"..slightly quicker than the R32..."

Don't mean to get you all worked up, but maybe you should re-evaluate your perception of the Skyline GTR, and wipe from it any influences from the mountain of hype that surrounds it.

I can only ASSUME the R33 is an improvement over the R32.

The thing about awd cars is this, sure they are unmatched in poor conditions, but they are typically for less than skilled drivers and make them able to drive above their level, yet not to a level a true pro can reach in a comparable rwd car.

Think about it...Porsche has been doing nothing but making sportscars for 50+ years. They know what they are doing, they know what is best for performance. The 911 turbo is an awd car, but all variants stepped up for the harder-core driver / track guy are rwd....GT2, GT3, RS.....

No offense, but what Csaba Csere, John Yates, and all their cronies said 18 yrs ago about the Z32TT handling holds more value and has far more experience and knowledge behind it than anything you likely will ever say to the contrary.

Tsk tsk, some people just don't know when to stfu

search said you suck (n/m) - Wilks. 01:38:02 09/06/06
